Banana Flip - Beverage - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 bananas
 
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon
Preparation
- 
                            Peel the bananas. Cut into small pieces. Place bananas and milk in blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
 
Add the cottage cheese and sugar.
Blend for a further 30 seconds.
Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
