Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large onion, cut up
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    4 1/2 c. water
    1 bunch green onions, including tops
Preparation
    Cut all sausage across the link into 1/4 inch slices.
    Brown sausage in a large skillet.
    When sausage is done, remove from skillet, saving the grease.
