Pot Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour and shortening well.
Add beaten egg and milk.
Mix well and roll out.
Cut into squares and drop into boiling broth. After all dough is added to broth, reduce heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, occasionally stirring so as not to stick to bottom of cooking pan.
