Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Melt margarine and cool. Add remaining ingredients; pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes.
