Noreen'S Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium yellow squash, sliced very thin
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar or 18 pkg. Sugar Twin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Allow to marinate overnight or several hours. Enjoy!
