Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
butter or margarine
2 c. seasoned stuffing
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 thick pork chops (1-inch thick)
Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in butter and margarine.
Mix onions and peppers with stuffing, water, butter and salt in small bowl until well blended.
For moist stuffing, add a little more water. Split chops to prepare for stuffing.
Insert stuffing in chops and place them in lightly buttered baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes more uncovered at 325\u00b0 or cook on charcoal grill for 1 hour.
