Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; add to egg mixture.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes.
Spoon batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Brush cake with glaze.
