Cranberry Ambrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Chop cranberries in food processor. Drain, if necessary.
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, marshmallows, cranberries and pecans. Combine sour cream, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Fold into cranberry mixture. Chill before serving. Will keep up to 5 days in refrigerator.
