Lime Souffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. graham crackers
    1 small pkg. lime jello
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. 1% fat cottage cheese
    1 pkg. lite cream cheese (8 oz.)
    2 c. whipped heavy cream or nondairy whipped topping
    lime slices for garnish
    mint for garnish
Preparation
    Spray \"Pam\" on an 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Spread graham crackers on bottom.
    In small bowl: dissolve jello in boiling water.
    In blender, puree jello, cottage cheese and cream cheese. In a large bowl, fold whipped cream into first mixture.
    Put in spring-form pan.
    Chill, covered, for 4 hours.
    To serve, remove sides of pan; garnish.
