Potato Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix and turn out onto floured board.
    Dough will be sticky. Dust with flour.
    Break off small portions of dough.
    Flatten to size of a quarter.
    With thumbs, push hole in center and drop into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
