Pasta Caprese(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. ripe tomatoes
    12 basil leaves, finely slivered
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, finely diced
    1 lb. pasta (any type)
Preparation
    Heat oil, add garlic and cook until golden.
    Remove from heat. Chop tomatoes and mix with warm garlic oil.
    Add basil and salt and pepper to taste.
