Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chicken, cut up
Preparation

Mix water with contents of both packets in the package.
Spread in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Cut up fryer into serving pieces.
Place raw chicken on top of rice.
Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
Fifteen minutes before serving, spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup over chicken (direct from the can).
