Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 slices bacon, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    In covered pan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Set potatoes aside.
    In the same pan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon. Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings in pan. Add onion to pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in flour. Stir in sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Add water and vinegar. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Stir in potatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with reserved bacon and parsley. Makes 6 servings.
