Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 strips celery, chopped
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add mushrooms.
    Saute about 5 minutes.
    Blend flour in well.
    Add milk slowly.
    Stir constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients but crab meat and cheese. Cook 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Add crab meat.
    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
