Meat And Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. leftover roast, ground
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. A.1. sauce
    2 tsp. minced onion
    some flour
    2 Tbsp. drippings
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the flour and drippings.
    Shape into 6 patties or cakes.
    Roll very lightly in the flour; saute in drippings until nicely browned.
    These are delicious served with tomato sauce, canned beef gravy or canned steak sauce.
