Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium to large eggplants
2 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 large eggs, beaten
vegetable oil
crushed red pepper to taste
black pepper
garlic powder
tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Sprinkle fried eggplant slices with garlic powder, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper as desired.
