Coconut Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups rice
    1 can coconut milk
    Salt to taste
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 cups water
    2 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Rinse and soak rice for up to 15 minutes.
    Add coconut milk, salt, onion, sugar, water and oil. Set to cook in a rice cooker. When cooked, let rice sit for 15-20 minutes.
    Remove lid and mix well.
    Serve with
    Burmese Red Curry.
