Hearty Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. or more) pkg. chicken nuggets or breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 stalks celery
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Toss chicken with flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Coat well.
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add chicken with a little more flour.
    Saute until brown.
    Add onion and celery; saute 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 4.
    Serve with salad and rolls.
