Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine ingredients, mashing artichoke hearts with fork.
(Or combine in food processor.)
Do not puree too finely.
Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
