Fudge Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 sticks butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter gently in Teflon pan.
    Add sugar, salt and flour.
    Stir well.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Stir in (don't beat).
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Fill muffin pans (lined with paper baking cups) 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes (20 minutes for mini muffins).
    Makes 2 dozen.
