Stuffed Jewish Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 t. Beau Monde or 1 t. celery salt
2 T. onion, minced
2 T. parsley, crushed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
1 loaf Jewish rye bread
Preparation

Cut rectangle out of the top of the bread. Take the cut-out top and cut into 1-2 inch pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and place in the center of the bread. Use the bread cubes for dipping.
