Seafoam Candy(Like Divinity) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugars, water, corn syrup and salt in a 2-quart saucepan.
Cook, covered, until mixture boils rapidly.
Remove lid and cook, without stirring, until temperature reaches 260\u00b0 or until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat.
