Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients; season to taste.
    Form into 1-inch balls and brown in hot olive oil.
    Add to spaghetti sauce and cook about 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
