Barbecue Beef(Makes 40 Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    8 lb. chuck roast
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chuck roast in large roasting pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour over beef.
    Cover and bake slow (300\u00b0) for 6 hours.
    One hour before finishing baking, remove bones and mash beef with potato masher to shred beef.
    Freezes well.
