Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut in chunks
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small green pepper, cut in strips
    1/4 c. sliced onion
Preparation
    Brown pork in a small amount of hot fat.
    Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
    Drain pineapple, reserving the syrup.
