Microwave Bacon-Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    7 to 8 oz. elbow or cork screw macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. Colby cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 Tbsp. pimiento
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place bacon and onion in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover and microwave (High setting) 4 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave 4 minutes more or until bacon is crisp.
    Add soup and milk well.
    Cover. Microwave (High setting) 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
