Mom'S Strudel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped cashews
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla; add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
    Spread half of the batter into greased and floured pan.
    Then, cream butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Add nuts.
    Sprinkle half of this mixture over batter.
    Spread remaining half of batter over mixture in pan. Spread the rest of brown sugar mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Bake in cast-iron Bundt pan.
