Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated potatoes
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel large potatoes; cover with cold water.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain well.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Drop from tablespoon onto hot, well-greased skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serve with applesauce.
