Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. sliced, pared peaches
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 plain pastry
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice.
    Mix with peaches.
    Place in deep nine-inch pie pan and dot with butter.
    Roll out crust.
    Fold in half, then fourths.
    Slash pastry 2 or
    3 times on each fold.
    Place over peach mixture. Trim edges and crimp.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
