Salmon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3 c. whole milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and flake salmon.
    Cook with diced onion and butter or oleo until onion is soft.
    Add milk; add salt and pepper.
    Heat until milk is hot.
    Do not boil because milk will curdle.
    Serve with crackers.
