Pineapple Curry Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pineapple, cut in half lengthwise with top attached
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
    curry to taste
Preparation
    Scoop out center of pineapple; use this pineapple for other use.
    Combine crushed pineapple, cream cheese, curry powder and toasted coconut.
    Stuff in pineapple shell.
    Serve with crackers such as Wheat Thins or Sociables.
