Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh cilantro or 1 1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. chopped Vidalia onions
1 chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Drain one large can tomatoes.
Place tomatoes in blender or food processor and add the ingredients.
Chop in blender and serve with chips.
(Add more pepper and salt to your taste.
If you use frozen onions and pepper, the salsa will be almost frozen-delicious!
For chunkier salsa, add bell pepper after removing from blender.)
