Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    1 can chicken broth or one bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of Tony Chachere seasoning
    salt
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell peppers in melted butter.
    Add flour and cook 5 minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cook approximately 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp turn pink.
    Add chicken broth to desired thickness.
    Cook on low heat for 10 more minutes. Serve over rice.
