Tuna Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    Combine tuna, soup and mushrooms in casserole dish.
    Cook on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is heated through and bubbling.
    Stir twice during cooking time.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Garnish with parsley and serve over noodles or rice as desired.
