French Creme Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients over medium heat until thickened; set aside.
Beat butter, Crisco, salt and sugar until fluffy.
Add first 2 ingredients and vanilla.
Beat until peaks form. Refrigerate 20 minutes before using.
