Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cranberries, ground
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Grind cranberries; mix with sugar and let stand at least a half hour.
    Add hot water to gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Stir to mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Chill until firm.
    Enjoy.
