Pasticcio(Greek Macaroni And Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti or other large macaroni
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground meat (beef, sausage, lamb or veal)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 qt. milk
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    8 to 10 oz. shredded cheese (I use a good sharp Cheddar)
Preparation
    Meat Sauce:
    Brown the ground meat.
    You can combine a couple of different meats if you like.
    Add tomato sauce and 1/2 the can of water.
    Add spices and salt to taste.
    Add more water if sauce is too thick.
    Simmer for a few minutes, then set aside.
    Next cook the macaroni, al dente and make the Cheese Sauce.
