Tempura(Shrimp, Chicken, Haddock Or Cod) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. ice water
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    vegetable oil
    12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3/4 lb. fish fillets, cut into 2-inch squares
    1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 sweet onion (1/4 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch slices and separated into rings
    1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
    12 whole mushrooms
    soy sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, beat egg yolks and water.
    With wire whisk, stir in flour and cornstarch.
    Do not overbeat; batter should be lumpy.
