Apple And Banana Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 large ripe banana
    1 large crisp apple
    1 large potato
    1 onion
    1 c. milk (skim)
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cube in hot broth.
    Peel and cut banana, apple, potato and onion.
    Cook in broth until very soft.
    Puree in blender until smooth.
    Stir in milk and seasonings.
    Serve hot or cold.
    To make ahead and store, do not add milk until ready to serve.
    Serves 6.
