Reba Mcentire'S Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar mild Mexican pasteurized processed cheese spread
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Stir in cheese spread until melted.
Spoon into 4 (12 ounce) casseroles. Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
Spoon over meat mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Substitute 1 1/2-quart casserole for 4 (12 ounce) casseroles. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
