Italian Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, mashed
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Place oil in bowl; add garlic and stir well.
Discard bits of garlic.
Add all other ingredients and beat well with a wire whisk.
Refrigerate.
Add any seasoning to your taste such as basil, oregano, anchovies, crushed red pepper, chopped green onions, powdered mustard or others.
Makes about 1 cup.
