Shoe Peg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (white), drained
    1 can garden peas, drained
    2 oz. jar pimentos
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. bell peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
