Basil Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. each -salt, dried oregano and lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced lengthwise
    butter lettuce
    red onion, sliced, if desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except lettuce.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours, then let stand out to room temperature.
