Shrimp And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic
    3 cans chicken broth
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    3 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped green onion
    4 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Fry bacon and set aside.
    Drain all but several tablespoons bacon fat from pan.
    With remaining fat, saute chopped onions and celery until clear.
    Add garlic
    and chicken broth.
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil in chicken broth and sauteed vegetables until tender.
