Cold Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguini
1/2 c. chopped watercress or parsley
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. fresh black pepper
1/2 lb. fresh snow peas or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper
Preparation

Cook linguini according to directions (firm). Pour into colander and rinse with cold water; drain well. In large bowl, mix watercress, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.
Add drained noodles and toss to mix. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours to 3 days. In a steamer basket, steam snow peas or thaw if using frozen; drain. Add to noodles and toss before serving. Makes 8 cups or 12 servings.
