Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry macaroni
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a quart pan, combine water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cover; bring to a boil.
    Add macaroni slowly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Drain macaroni and place in casserole.
    Stir in margarine, egg, salt and dry mustard.
    Add 2 1/2 cups grated cheese and mix well.
    Pour milk over the mixture.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 to 12 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
