Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large hen or 6 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. almonds
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Chop up chicken.
Mix all together except almonds and chips. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle almonds on top, then potato chips. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 14 minutes.
May be frozen.
Serves 6 to 7.
