Yummy Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    4 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients, except potatoes, in saucepan and cook
    about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.\tPlace sliced potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
