Lo-Cal Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. thinly diced green pepper
Preparation
    Put in a blender on low (except peppers).
    Mix about 1 minute. Stir in peppers.
    Serve cold.
