Easy Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 pork chops
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute pork chops in oleo until brown; set aside.
    Reserve drippings.
    Saute onion in drippings until tender.
    Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mustard; stir well.
    Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire.
    Stir until bouillon is dissolved.
    Place pork chops in skillet.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
